How can I access Cardiovida services?

You can access our services, in any of our two locations, as an individual, through your policy or prepaid medicine. Our current agreements are with: Sura, Coomeva, Allianz and Colmédica.

Do I need a doctor's order to have an executive checkup?

You can have an executive checkup without a doctor's order, since its purpose is to prevent or detect in time any type of pathology related to the cardiovascular system. Access this service as an individual, through your policy or prepaid medicine.

How long should I wait for an appointment?

We have a great team of specialists and professionals, so you can schedule your consultations and exams in less than a week.

How can I make a payment?

Your payments can be made in cash, by wire transfer or using your debit and credit cards. You can also make payments online.

How far in advance should I cancel an appointment?

Appointments must be canceled at least the day before the assigned date, you can do it through the WhatsApp line or by calling directly to our appointment center.

Do I have to have a cardiac disease to access services?
